Dr. Thomas Ade graduated from St. Ambrose in 1979 and then attended the University of Iowa for medical school and graduated from there in 1983. He was a part of the SIU Residency program from 1983-1986. In 1988 he graduated from the University of Missouri Pulmonary Fellowship.
On 07/01/1988 he started working with his dad, Dr. Ralph Ade and after his dad's passing took over the practice with his brother, now known as Ade Medical Group. He is an active member at Bethel Wesley UMC, assistant scoutmaster for troop 119 for 25 years, cub master for pack 119 for 5 years, and a youth group leader for his church for 9 years. He has been married for 39 years and has 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
Dr. Stephen Murphy, is a proud graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Class of 2024. His focus and aptitude for pain management, extremity adjustments, soft tissue dysfunction, and wellness care provides his patients with high-level, comprehensive care. Dr Murphy utilizes numerous techniques including diversified and Gonstead, along with movement assessments involving joint dysfunction and musculoskeletal compensation.
Dr. Murphy is originally from Omaha, Nebraska, and now calls the Quad Cities home. After his experience as a collegiate baseball athlete, he wanted to use his experience to educate and maintain health among his patients and their bodies. His approach to care is rooted in a deep understanding of how the body moves and compensates for itself, but especially when it comes to extremities and soft tissue patterns. He focuses on uncovering and addressing the root causes of dysfunction to help people move, feel, and live better.
Dr. Murphy has a strong desire to serve his community. He is passionate about helping individuals of all ages get out of pain and back to doing what they love-whether that's chasing after their kids, returning to their sport, or simply moving without discomfort. He believes that when people feel good in their bodies, it ripples into every aspect of their lives.
Outside the office, you'll usually find Dr. Murphy staying active biking on the river, lifting at the gym, or playing a pickup game of pickleball. He also enjoys spending time with his aussies, cats, and chickens in the backyard, playing catch with his son, Holdyn, and taking up gardening with his wife in an attempt to eat and grow healthy food. If the sun is shining, Dr. Murphy is outside.
Dr. Murphy and his wife, a local dentist, are committed to making a positive impact on the health and wellness of the people in their community. He is excited to begin serving the Quad City Area with the utmost care, compassion, and expertise.

Crystal graduated with her AGNP. Prior to that she was a registered nurse for over 17 years. She has worked in multiple different settings from the hospital, pain clinic, surgery center and in home care.
Christina (Chris) Stoller joined our practice in 2023. She has been a Nurse Practitioner for a year and a half. Before working as a Nurse Practitioner, she was a charge nurse on a telemetry unit for 11 years. She completed her post-master's certificate of Advanced Nursing in 2021 with a specialty in Geriatric care, and MSN in Nurse Management in 2019. Chris is married with 5 children and enjoys spending time with her family.
Graduated with her ARNP as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020. Prior to that had over 12 years of experience as an RN, primarily in ER and Critical care. She worked in endocrine and most recently Women's health and primary care. She is married. Her and her husband and have 6 children between them. She enjoys all the activities with her kids, including volunteering and coaching. She loves to travel and go to concerts with her husband.
Lexi Leach joined Ade Medical Group in 2025. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse for over 7 years and specialized in cardiac stepdown and the emergency department at UnityPoint Health. She has also worked at the University of Iowa caring for complex patients. Lexi graduated with her master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from Bradley University. Lexi is passionate about helping patients understand their health diagnoses and also how to appropriately treat them. Aside from being a Nurse Practitioner, Lexi is a wife and mother who enjoys spending time with her family. We are so happy to have her on our team!
